COVID-19 Response Plan

Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life in a way that we have never experienced before.  During this time, I wanted to reach out and update you on how we’re approaching the situation at Acclamation Insurance Management Services, Inc. and Allied Managed Care, Inc. (collectively the “Company”).

First and foremost, our hearts go out to anyone who’s been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. And we’re truly inspired by the selfless healthcare workers around the world who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for people in need.

Of upmost importance, the health and safety of our Clients, employees, families and communities is a top priority for the Company. We have been closely monitoring the latest developments regarding COVID-19 and in response to the recommendations of the CDC and WHO. To that end, we have suspended all non-essential business travel for all employees as well as all non-essential visitors from entering our Home Office or branch offices. 

Second, the Company will remain open and continue to serve our Clients during this challenging time with some adjustments to our normal operating procedures. 

As such, effective immediately, the Company has implemented its work from home program. Our objective is to provide work from home options to as many of our employees as possible while still maintaining the essential functions required to run our business.  Business will continue, however we ask for your patience as many employees will be working remotely. This means you may experience unusual background noise during a call or longer than usual response times. 

Rest assured, our Clients, along with the health and safety of our employees, families and communities are our top priorities. During this challenging times, our commitment to great customer service remains the same at every level or our organization.
