Our Sacramento based legislative advocate serves as your eyes and ears, speaking on your behalf and keeping you informed of pending legislation and other developments that could affect your organization.  Having familiarity with numerous legislators and access to California’s executive branch, our advocate is instrumental in helping to shape policy in the workers’ compensation arena on behalf of our public and private sector clients.

As a client, you’ll receive our advocate’s year-end report and pending legislation at no additional charge.  You will also receive a copy of the California Legislative Digest, to help you stay attuned to the current legislative climate.
